For Buyers:  A Guide To Finding Your Home

I understand that Buying a home is a deeply personal decision.  At the beginning of the process, I meet with every client to make sure I understand each one's particular needs and tastes.  I provide a Buyer's Book which explains the steps to buying a home and explains the way I work.  I commit myself solely to represent my clients and negotiate for their best interest in the transaction.  I prepare a customized home search for each client, and I keep in regular contact througout the process (phone, text, email, face-to-face).  Any questions about the process are encouraged and welcomed.

 

My business is based upon referrals.  I know that if I do an outstanding job for you, you will likely recommend me to a friend or family member.
